In need of air...

...not to mention a lot of tlc...
This poor little bike has been tethered to the railings at the top of Front Street for months now. Would love to know the back story - has someone lost the key to the lock? Have they caught the train to all points south and never looked back?? Have they decided their biking days are over??? The tyres are flat now - but only at the bottom - and the bell has gone rusty...
