Misty Morning Hop

A play on words with the title maybe but having had a headache since Friday and feeling nauseous I thought maybe a little fresh air would help and so a few miles drive took me to our river.  I sat for a while watching the haar burn off in the early morning sun but even the cool morning air brought no relief and as I type tonight the pain continues!  Maybe tomorrow...
