Stream Scrambling

Currently enjoying an outdoor and adventure holiday with our older school kids.

Fabulous weather today! We've walked up a tributary of the Goyt River and ended up at the beautiful ruins of Errwood Hall.

Dinner was an amazing recipe of a type of cottage pie made with sausages, followed by Eve's Pudding - gorgeous!!! Picked the wrong table to sit on though, as there were no seconds going!

Evening activity was a night hike from Whitehall to the Goyt Reservoir - beautiful scenery, warm evening and gorgeous sunset.

Just need the other school to be quiet now - grrrr.
