Back Blip:  Coming off the high of a super fun weekend, back to schedules, school and work, greeting Monday with the onset of a nasty bug complete with a sore throat and body chills, it was nice to take 20 min tonight to drive out the beach and immerse myself in this.  Therapeutic.
