Banana flower

Or more accurately "inflorescence" - which I think means it is made up of lots of little flowers.

Back blipping on 22nd, having had a couple of busy days.

Busy day - trip to a silk farm, then West Baray, then some stone and wood carvers in the morning.

And a cooking lesson in the late afternoon/evening.  We first made a tour of the village ( a little village called Treak), and after I commented that I had never seen a banana flower, we found one for me to blip.  Then we learnt to cook a lovely Cambodian stir fry beef (or tofu in W's case), some fresh spring rolls and fried banana.

After we'd cooked it, we ate it (or at least most of it).
