Troon marina

On my final morning in Troon - yet another warm, beautiful one - Gill and I walked along the beach towards the town and then headed for the marina at my request, so that I could bag a different kind of seaside blip. All was calm there this morning and the Troon lifeboat (the orange vessel on the left) was safely moored until the next emergency.

I'm now back home and planning to catch up over the next few days.

For those of you who asked to see the painting I bought yesterday, I won't take possession of it until after the end of the exhibition, when it'll be delivered to Gill and she'll hand it over next time we meet.
