On Trade Presentation

Presentation is all in the spirits On Trade (places where you buy and drink in the same place as opposed to the Off Trade where you take it away - off premises - to consume). Catching the consumers vision in the decision-making corridor from coming through the door (or from their table) until they reach the ordering point is key and I think this brand has done pretty well in this Barcelona bar.

It's been a busy day with an early session coaching an Egyptian, a second session coaching an American in Barcelona, and a third session coaching a Japanese in New York. All were very different but useful for the respective coachees

Now I am in search of a steak to inject some iron into my system. No vodka though!
