Wet feet

I had a stroll around town and the beach this morning with a friend.  There was some activity on the beach as is usually shown by the number of gulls hanging around.  Two fishermen were throwing what looked like lengths of rope into the sea and then hawling them back in.  The 'ropes' may well have net attached to it but we were standing too far away to see properly.  I think this fisherman did get wet feet as the next shot shows him looking down at his feet.
