Here We Go Again
It's that time of year again when Lady Findhorn gives you the blip of the iconic cherry blossom in the Meadows blip. Enjoy!
It is always quite a spectacular sight when three avenues of cherry trees burst into a frenzy of pink blossom.
I have a feeling that their outing is a bit later this year, although I remember clearly sitting in one of the balcony wards of the old Simpson Maternity Pavilion, which was then situated on the Meadows, looking out onto a sea of pink in the middle of May after the birth of son #2, more years ago than he possibly cares to remember.
It is a pity that the cold weather and rain are about to return and spoil the effect.
