Let's talk about litter.

As you can see from this blip some people have at least gone through the motions of picking up and placing their rubbish in the allotted bin. When the bins like this are full, some people have had enough wit and social awareness to place their rubbish right beside them.
So far so good. The other 50% have just got up and walked away, leaving their detritus in situ on the grass.

I really don't know what their mindset is. Perhaps they think they pay taxes to keep someone in a job picking up all the bags and beer cans at 7 am in the morning.
Surely they must think something as they leave their mess behind.
Do they appreciate that when they return the next day, everything is clean and tidy and they don't have to sit in a rubbish tip? I wonder if it even crosses their tiny minds.
I blame their parents.
