It was a strange day at work today. I had late and pretty heavy meeting last night with some surprising fall out from it this morning.

A challenging staff meeting and lots of other work to complete meant that I was a bit shell shocked by the end of the day.

Didn't even have time for a run that I had planned to do and that also meant I wouldn't be out in the country where there always appears to be more blip potential.

Anyway we still got out for an early evening beer and Zoe sat on this bench waiting for me as we walked along the river.

After that the day got better again, Friday nights are always good.
