What a wonderful....

....Country I live in.

Had 5 hours on the mountain bike and feel slightly shattered, so a nice relaxing evening would be ok by me, but not a chance. I'm off out into Birmingham for Gemma's Birthday Bash. I'm actually really looking forward to it if I'm honest and hopefully some nice carbs to replenish what I've lost today.

On said 5 hour bike ride we got lost in Apley Estate and ended up lugging our bikes through ploughed field after field, so it was doubly knackering.

We also ventured of the wonderful bridge on the estate, which is pass-code protected which we have the code for (see additional image).
