A Zen....

....kinda day.

After a busy day yesterday (5hours on the mountain bike and an evening out in Birmingham) today was going to be a bit more relaxed.

My girlfriends parents arrived back from Thailand late last night so we have spent the day catching up with them and hearing lots of great and funny stories. It sounded like they had a fab time and I want to visit there even more now.

Had a nice Sunday Roast and a enjoyed a bit of the late afternoon sun in the garden.

Todays blip subject is a Thai Bhudda bought back from Claire's parents travels.
