The local farmer  moved a dozen young animals into an adjoining field after wintering them indoors. This one was curious and came up to the gate when he saw me there with a camera.

Meanwhile its been a day gardening. If it wasnt for the fact that we are taking part in the village Open Gardens in less than a fortnight we would not have bothered because its been very cold and windy. But needs must.
