Shadow

This is a place I have come to often over the past couple of years, especially when I have needed time to think or just stare into space.  I think this pole is there to measure the height of the water level and since the river is tidal the variation in height is astonishing.  I had trouble today getting my horizons level due to the wind, so thank goodness for Lightroom.
