More baking

My worst ever school report was written during my second year at secondary school and the subject was Home Economics.  It was on a scale of A to D for effort and ability and I was given a C and a D, although I can't remember which way round the grades were.  I also can't remember what I made in class that was so awful, I must have blotted it out from my memory.  This recipe was for a salmon, dill and goat's cheese loaf and I was quite pleased with it.
