Autumn Spice

A back-blip for yesterday as I've spent most of the long weekend laid up on the sofa with a colitis flare-up, but yesterday once the nausea and stomach pains eased I managed to get my camera and do a bit of still life work in the kitchen 15m away!

Although I don't feel as if I've accomplished much this weekend, at least I'll be well enough to get through work this week- most of which I'm in Wellington for, again. Oh the joys of the windy city!
