The calm after the storm

Despite feeling better today, the weather has been shocking, and the rain has been torrential for most of the day. Good for the garden, mind you.

This was taken about half an hour before sunset as the rain started to ease five minutes walk from our house - I've taken photos of this scene before, most noticeably when I just started blipping this time last year. It amazes me how in such a short space of time my skills have increased, which was the whole aim of starting out with blip. Really pleased with the results!
