Pooh sticks

Monday soon comes round and today was a bit frustrating because I had to wait in for the plumber to do a small repair to the bath taps. A few errands will now have to wait till my next day off on Thursday.
Did start the day with getting some bags of rotted manure to take to the allotment, car didn't smell too sweet afterwards! Kept the windows open for a couple of hours and it was ok by the time I did the school run to get my Granddaughters.


We went to Middleton Woods to see the bluebells and they didn't disappoint, lovely blankets of blue everywhere. Only problem was that it was just too sunny and I always think the bluebells look better at dusk or even when it's raining. So while I thought my shots were ok I would like to return another time when there is less light.

Coming out of the woods we went to the suspension bridge that crosses the River Wharfe. Girls had just started to play Pooh Sticks when a cyclist came across the bridge so that was my blip for today. ( I did open the gate for him so he didn't need to dismount)
