Not enough sleep....

Working from 7; trying to prep for the day; met at school for 0830 and service plan presentation at 9.
After annual appraisals a couple of weeks back, having someone else tell you how brilliantly you've done, but how you need to do better next year is wearing a little thin. See also how well we are positioned to tackle the challenges ahead. And the restructuring that ensures a cohesive dynamic service delivery. Or whatever.

45 minutes of pish duly done, I hit the streets to deliver some service with greater efficiency. AM was fab; bright and airy.

Met Bill in Leith - we eventually got on Café Truva and were joined by Eve / Kieran too. Was good to see Bill again. I sense all is not happy in his world (still) but he seems powerless to do anything about it

Afternoon was good; met a load of people who were kinda cool. Increasingly gloomy weather lefd me to sprint through the last 3 and I ended up being chased home by wintry showers. And random meeting with X in the street. Bizarre opening gambit, too!

Allotment was rained off and so I opted for greenhouse duties instead. And more chat with her - there's a lot going on there at the moment.
