Queen of Scots

A statue of Mary, Queen of Scots was unveiled at Linlithgow Peel on Saturday. I had read about it on the Historic Scotland page on Facebook and decided to drive out to see it on Sunday afternoon.

Erected by the Marie Stuart Society it is the first public statue of Mary in Scotland (although there are public statues to her in London and in Paris).
