Science shoes

Today's lesson was an introduction to light and light sources. We looked at the human eye last week so the children know HOW we see, so moving on to WHY we see. Are my shoes( along with hi vis jackets, money and the moon) a light source because they are shiny, was the question posed. Hopefully cleared that up!
