Family Together

In these days of global migration it has become increasingly difficult to spend time with family, the only people who have known you for the whole of your life.  My family has been spread abroad for the best part of 30 years  now, with Ali my sister moving to Australia approximately that long ago, my parents nearly 22 years ago.  Nicky my younger sister stayed in the UK and we moved to Dubai and then on to the US over 18 years ago.  
This photo has my 2 sisters, Nicky's daughter Katy and L sitting at the back of Ali's new house on the pacific coast - a happy reunion that has been enabled by Ali's eldest Naomi getting married to Steve in 2 days time. The rather unsightly pile of clothes belong to yours truly - yes I had a plunge in the pool - Happy days!
