A typical April day of sunshine and showers.

A quiet morning for me since Eleanor went off with my daughter, granddaughter and sister in law for a ladies Spa Day at a Hotel in Dunkeld. This was another long awaited 70th Birthday present for Eleanor (since March 18th) and I imagine they will have had a lovely day.

I had another session of Listening Training - focusing on the effects of various kinds of abuse which people will have encountered, maybe decades ago, but the trauma still surfaces and they have a need for someone just to listen to them 'tell their story'.

On the way to this session I saw, in Stobsmuir Park, this beautiful circle of trees, laden with blossom. Naturally, I could only photograph one part of it but it really is beautiful.

This evening I have the second of a ten session online photography course - I thoroughly enjoyed the first one. Hopefully, it will lead to a development in my ability and style.
