11.5C at the Met.Office weather station at Leuchars (local weather station shows 15.8C) starting with bright spells and a few showers then brightening through the afternoon. Wind to 21 mph with gusts to 31 mph.

Maeve the Deerhound and I went for our walk after lunch. We went up to the church then continued out along the country road to Scryne. We turned right at Craigmill farm and went down the track to the shore road. We came back along the cycle path and went down to the beach at Westhaven via the level crossing.

Down on the beach the tide was on its way out. No one was on the beach. Silver Cat Valhalla A (today I could see the new name near the stern) was moored near the beach in the channel through the rocks.

We came up off the beach near the car park at Westhaven then came back over the road bridge over the railway line and back up the main road and round to home.
