Spent a little while today on backroads in glorious sunshine trying to get shots of Zillah's mobile library for something at work. Perched on a ditch waiting for them to appear, getting bemused looks from tractor drivers and the like and texts saying yes, we've left the school, no, sorry cows crossing, nearly there. Of course when the library came round the corner there were one or two inconvenient cars in shot but what can you do?
Spotted this little egg venture based on trust at a bend in the road, no house nearby, just lift the lid, pop in your €2 and take your eggs and put the lid back on. I did just that and had two poached eggs with a few rashers tonight. Delish.
