The Wedding

The main objective of our trip to Australia was to celebrate the wedding of D's niece, Naomi to Steve. It was a joyous occasion, but not without its drama, as we were experiencing the worst storm in this area in the past 100 years! The plan was for the ceremony to be held on the patio overlooking the ocean, but had to be moved indoors when the marquee blew down just before everyone arrived. The wedding was a bit late starting, as the groom and all his men got soaked in the rescue operation and had to wait till their shirts dried. Their trousers were still wet!
The weather even added to the wild and natural beauty of this very special wedding!
