He looks all white to me.

Anything goes in Stratford. You can walk down one of the main streets looking like this, and no-one will blink an eyelid. 
This is just along from Shakespeare's Birthplace, and the black and white building that you can see is Stratford Library. 
It was very cold in town today. Maybe that's why this chap is all dressed up in his finest.
