Teapots
Spent an enjoyable day exploring the historic center of Cuernavaca. There are a few museums, Cortez' castle, and some parks, but not near as much to see as we expected. We did however luck out with the Robert Brady Museum. A truly extraordinary collection of art displayed in the home of the man who had traveled the world amassing the 1,300 pieces now on display. Fourteen rooms in what was once a monastery that he converted into his home house this extensive collection. Descriptions, in both Spanish and English, helped us poor visitors make sense of the eclectic mix from all corners of the world. The teapots shown here were on a shelf in the kitchen. I liked the patterns of both the spouts and he reflections.
