Art sale

The Christian Aid committee at church had planned for its annual fund raising an art sale: Friday eve and Saturday am. With the disaster in Nepal the focus of the event became much more targeted on supporting that disaster.

There was a huge variety of work from traditional paintings, jewellery, photography, glass and ceramic work.

I liked this dramatic piece ( but did not buy it). While the final calculations are still to be made the event has raised thousands. Hope it helps.
