Wet,wet,wet!

The morning was a wash out. However it did provide an opportunity to get some indoor jobs completed.

I was determined to get some fresh air so we decided on a short excursion to Cawthorne Camps. This was a Roman supply camp for soldiers venturing out onto the North York Moors.

As we walked around my eye was drawn to an unusual looking plant. It was not until I uploaded it did I discover it was a waterlogged dandelion seed head. Thought it summed up the day well!
