Wedding Cake

A fabulous weekend in Dublin for my cousin Sandra's wedding.

What an amazing day. They thought of everything, from the sweetie trolly for the kids (and big kids), the family 'tree' with photos of all the family members who are no longer with us, the photo 'props', and even sparkly flip flops for tired feet at the end of the night.

The bride was late due to a bus strike (and chaos on the road) - we piled into the pub (would be rude not to) - only in Dublin would the barman change 'Drink up - last orders' to 'Drink up - the brides coming!'

A humanist ceremony in the stunning City Hall (the bride's mother, thought it was a 'Humourist ' wedding at first!).

An amazing day which we were blessed to share.  Makes you really appreciate your family.
