Da Pund Shop

We had gales blowing last night and they were still blowing this morning.  It was a wet start to the day but it has stopped finally and the wind has dropped too.  It's turned into a lovely sunny evening :)

Day off today and I was up early and headed north to Da Pund in Sullom to give Erik a hand again.  After getting the bags of rubbish out to the essy kert, it was cracking on with moving books.  Some poor old books have become damp in the old house but Erik has been getting them dried and I've taken all the books down from the upstairs.
Finally made it out with Sammy for a proper walk.  We did manage a few smalls walk when at Sullom but it was too windy and rainy to head far.
Off to work in the pub tonight.

The Pund is a lovely old house but lots of work needed.  Joined on is the old Pund shop where I used to come as a bairn with granny and granddad.  Latterly it's been used as shed/store and full of odds and ends from various vehicles but there are still some old shop memorabilia and even some unsold items too :)
