Enforced rest

It's been a very (enforced) lazy bank holiday for me today as I am the third day into a niggly sore back. Two weekend days with no outdoor exercise does not a happy NJ make!
I did visit my grandma this morning : no less negative but I think she was glad we went.
The Teen dragged me out this evening to lift my mood. I have no idea what she's doing in the field but I quite like the outcome.
