Challenge

All of my work thinking sits around this concept at the moment. The trouble with high challenge and high threat is that it affects confidence and risk taking.

Anyway, the book arrived yesterday, in time for me to use it as a theme for a workshop at another school tonight. Was good to work with a different group of staff - very motivated bunch. So many parallels despite huge status and data differences.
