TMA, glass, rain
I chose to go to Toledo for a variety of reasons. It's the right distance away, has a well-regarded art museum, and it's known as "the glass city", which you will have to admit is a pretty impressive nickname.
The museum, as it happens, is incredible. It was a fantastic experience, and in particular the glass pavilion was awesome. This picture was taken from inside the pavilion, and the title pretty much sums up everything I did on Friday: I spent about 7 hours at the museum, rode a few miles west in the rain, had some great Japanese food, and checked into another hotel. I had originally planned to ride home on Friday, but even if it hadn't been raining, the museum was so great that I barely left before dark.
