A Very Dandy Magical Musical Tea Party

After all the dashing around yesterday it was lovely to spend a couple of hours with my fellow Dandies and other friends down at 'Dandy Central' where we hosted an Alice in Wonderland themed afternoon tea party.  People dressed as characters from Alice in Wonderland, we had an over-sized chess set for people to play (made by Dandy Eloise), there was cake, tea, lemonade and the art exhibition was open.  There was also glorious sunshine and fabulous music from Madi and Dandelion who we see here, both of whom turned up in ball gowns.

In other news, there was great rejoicing in our household because Mr Fluff, our injured cat, did his first poo in a week.  The lack of movement was causing a little concern so you can imagine our relief.  Given the obsession with the monarchy that some people in this country has, if the cat had been a corgi we would have had the press camped outside our door and we could have sold the story of 'the great poo' to a celebrity magazine for thousands of pounds.  Instead, I post the news here.
