York

This piccy is obviously of a very clear, very early morning visit to Edinburgh to catch a train down to York to meet my gorgeous friend Noonie for the day!  Forgot how lovely that first part of the journey is trundling along the coast and through Berwick - the hours flew by ...... and how lovely is York?! 
Went for a wee wander and then obviously worked up a thirst doing some sightseeing ..... so a decent pub was found, a few ciders were drunk and many, many laughs were had! Pizza Express for some scran,  a quick vino at the station and it was time to say our goodbyes! Wonderful day spent with a greatly missed pal :(   Back home in time to what Gogglebox with Mum - all good.
