Doing What Bees Do

Stopped raining long enough to go out walking this afternoon. Needed to get out of the house...everything felt like it was closing in around me.

I am ruminating about the tipping point in a argument heated discussion when all gloves are off and everyone goes in for the jugular..........it's a bit like a freight train and it takes a lot to stop it........and by then who really wants too.

It's a bit like eating lots of chocolate.......feels good at the time but in actual fact it's not really that good for you.

Gitama behaved very badly today and now feels wrung out and like she really let herself down..........She doesn't get angry too much anymore (not like she used to when she was younger) and she really doesn't like the consequences or the way it feels in her whole being. She just wants to cry and curl up in a quiet corner for a while to lick the wounds...that she kinda self inflicted.
