Outlet

Seems like we had the best of the weather yesterday as the rain was, once again, tipping down this morning.  We abandoned the plan to go and see another roofless church and decided a bit of indoor activity was more like it.  A decision vindicated by the standing water most of the way down the M74.  Gretna has little to detain us but the grandly named Gretna Gateway outlet village does have some proper good value shopping.  Fresh attire from Gap and a set of pots and pans from the Cook Shop before we trundled back down the M6.  All pretty mundane, but the roofless church isn't going anywhere, so that's for another time.
