It seems ok to post this now that I know there was no physical harm done.  Got off the bus to find three police cars and some tape around the shop next door; shortly afterwards an ambulance appeared. My suspicions were confirmed by the police officer who knocked on the door a while later to ask if I had seen anything - a robbery.

Pretty sickening to think that people who work so hard in their community every day are at risk of this.
