I wasn't sure if Pia would arrive or not, but she did come yesterday with her daughter who has come to UK for drama school auditions.

We had a really jolly evening. I took the blip as she left this morning to have a look at Alnwick Castle - Harry Potter was popular with youngsters in Switzerland too.

My first swimming lesson was cancelled so I cooked a bit for our little do tomorrow - like-minded friends are coming so that we can give each other a bit of support if the election goes in the expected way. They are bringing their toothbrushes in case we stay up late. Whether we are celebrating or not alcohol will be quaffed.
