Another Pair

Yesterday a pair of gulls, today a pair of turtles.  These are in the edge of a pond about 3 minutes from our house.  I like the idea they might be friends or mates.  It seems  one has spent more time in the mud than the other.  The extra photo is an Iris whose color I liked so much I wanted to add it here.  It was on the side of the road as I came back from capturing the turtles shot.
