Welsh Whimbrel

A flying visit to North Wales and, despite some rather challenging weather conditions, managed some good birding. This is one of 6 Whimbrel we found near Caernarvon. So many Oystercatcher too. 3 lifers for me today - for those non-birders that means seeing a bird for the first time - Eider (in the wild), Black Guillemot and Manx Shearwater. Need to come back and take a bit longer another time.
