Après le deluge la niege rose

Today the weather eased - though the meetings didn't.

Before heading off to a "bridging the gap" evening for pre- service panel member trainees I took this of the cherry blossom brought down by the wind and the rain.

The evening event was designed to keep the trainees in touch while their assessments were marked and before formal appointment letters are issued later in the month and they can begin to sit on hearings.

It was a good event, even more so for catching up with the trainees and got the social afterwards.
