Day out

I went out today and not to run errands but to just relax and be social.

And you know what? It was sooo relaxing. Must do this more often.

I caught up with my awesome friend of 17 years now, we went for lunch to this funky little place that's hidden away called sugarhorse. We got to catch up and chat.

Harper of course was with me but they had a cute little kids menu not that that meant anything he still ate off my plate. Oh and to add to that spilled his glass of apple juice all over my phone, thank goodness it has a cover!

Harper fell asleep on the way home, face covered in sauce. When he woke he was back into mischief. This boy he is full on.

I found him with  a handful of hazelnut twigs my father in law cut for my rabbit and of course Harper cut his lip on them.

Then when i was showing Mar his new lego mat my father in law bought him who did i happen to see with his face pressed up against the glass outside mars room? Yes Harper. 

Hes figured out how to push around a garden chair and climb on things and up to things.

Mar was lovely he wrote me a mothers day letter for Sunday and gave it to me today. It reads-  Dear mum! Thank you for making me some juice mum helps me outside mum takes me to school and mum hangs my bag. I love mum love marley. Aww sweet hey.

Another great day though my face has been hurting last night and today - that sort of water up the nose- sore sinus type feeling, i imagine it'll pass in a  couple of days.
