I’ve got the house to myself today for 16 hours.  Out to vote early then spent the time reading, listening to CDs  and generally being lazy.

Third time lucky with blips. My morning moon shot wasn’t sharp though I liked the effect, the dandelions on the grass verges got cut by the contractors early afternoon before I got there with the camera, so that left the garden birds. My trail of seed across the lawn worked while I sat as still as possible hidden by the hedge on their approach route. This coal tit was the sharpest. I’ve put my dodgy  moon in extras as evidence that I was standing on the garden path in my PJs before 5am.
