Muslin moth
Glued to the computer most of the day, sheltering from the gale force winds that were ripping our crack willow to pieces and scattering it all over the garden. This rather attractive male Muslin moth appeared in our moth trap last night. It's wings are a soft attractive brown, with a scatter of black dots, but I thought the dramatic feathery antennae and fluffy orange underbelly were even more photogenic!
