Arrived in Venice

I know "everyone" has a photo like this but at 65 it's my first visit here and I'm as bedazzled as anyone else at Venice's beauty. We have a large one-bedroom apartment, one building back from the canal so we don't have a direct view of the Grand Canal. We topped up our wine glasses and wandered down there to watch the boats and water buses passing by in the evening light.
