Not the best day in the woods........

It was the Middle Distance Championship today. Both Richard and I had a difficult day in the forest. I was tired and just couldn't get my navigation brain into gear.

Richard's face at the finish said it all!

At least I discovered I had won a surprise bronze medal yesterday in the sprint races.
